MASAR turns a complex internal programme into a navigable mobile system. Programme Health combines phase timelines, planned-versus-actual indicators, workstream progress, weekly trends, and a delivery roadmap. From there, users can move into programme plans, project governance, reporting lines, team structures, forums, PMO updates, notifications, and profile-level context without losing the wider portfolio view.
A major transformation programme produces timelines, progress measures, risks, decisions, reporting relationships, documents, and updates across many teams. When those signals live in separate tools, it becomes harder to understand the current programme position from one dependable view.
ENOC needed a mobile layer that could make complex programme information useful to project teams and leadership while preserving the enterprise context already held in SAP and SharePoint.

The delivered scope connects programme visibility, organizational context, communication, and enterprise data in a mobile product designed around ENOC's internal programme-management workflows.
Organize programme health, planning, governance, people, communication, and supporting enterprise context into a coherent mobile navigation model.
Create a consistent mobile interface for internal users with clear hierarchy, role-aware navigation, dashboard patterns, and accessible data presentation.
Bring together overall timelines, planned-versus-actual progress, workstream indicators, weekly trends, roadmaps, milestones, and programme-plan views.
Make project governance, reporting lines, programme teams, process groups, member details, and profile context available within the same product.
Support programme communication through PMO updates, forums, comments, feedback or complaints, sponsor messages, notifications, and onboarding content.
Connect relevant project and document context from existing enterprise platforms so MASAR complements established systems instead of creating another reporting silo.
