Operations and Workflow Architecture
Mapped the relationships between projects, equipment, maintenance activity, procedures, knowledge, support, and user roles into a coherent product structure.

MMC Global designed and developed a connected operations platform that gives RigQuip teams one place to coordinate drilling-equipment projects, maintenance knowledge, procedures, work instructions, support, and asset visibility.

The product replaces disconnected operational touchpoints with a role-aware workspace. Teams can move from project flow and equipment records to procedures, work instructions, reference material, support tickets, team access, and settings without leaving the same product environment. The dashboard creates a clear starting point while preserving direct paths into the work that keeps drilling assets ready.

Equipment activity, maintenance context, procedures, reference files, and support requests were difficult to follow when they lived across spreadsheets, paper records, email threads, and separate enterprise systems.
RigQuip needed a usable operational layer that could distinguish rental and owned assets, keep field and office teams aligned, and connect structured work with the documents and business records already held in SAP and SharePoint.

The delivered scope connects asset operations, controlled knowledge, collaboration, and enterprise data through one consistent desktop web experience.
Mapped the relationships between projects, equipment, maintenance activity, procedures, knowledge, support, and user roles into a coherent product structure.
Created structured views for project flow, drilling assets, rental and owned equipment, maintenance states, and the operational records that support each asset.
Made controlled procedures and task-level work instructions discoverable within the same environment used to coordinate equipment operations.
Connected technical reference content, support tickets, review paths, and team collaboration so users can move from a question to relevant guidance.
Designed a clear dashboard, reusable navigation, team access, and settings experience that surfaces the right entry points for operational and administrative users.
Connected business data and document repositories to keep equipment operations, supporting records, and controlled knowledge aligned across existing enterprise systems.
