From Delivery Request to Verified Handoff
A merchant creates a delivery with pickup, destination, recipient, and payment details. Skyl generates the shipment reference, keeps operations and the assigned driver aligned through live status and location, updates the customer through tracking notifications, and closes the handoff with AWB or OTP verification.
