The experience was structured around the decisions that move recruiting forward. Coaches can discover and compare athletes, review complete profiles, record evaluations, communicate with prospects, coordinate events, and organize roster outcomes without losing context between channels. Athletes receive a focused path to present their profile, highlights, and availability to the right programs.
Athlete profiles, highlight material, evaluation notes, conversations, event plans, and roster discussions can easily become scattered across disconnected tools and informal handoffs.
Athletes also need a clear way to present their abilities and stay visible, while coaches need enough structured context to compare prospects and move each relationship forward.
